Carol has over 20 years of supply chain management experience including distribution, logistics, inventory management, business analytics, demand planning, forecasting, and her great passion, S&OP. Her previous roles include S&OP Business Analyst Lead at Parker Hannafin, Sr. S&OP Manager at Spray Products, and her current role as Sr. Manager S&OP at Energizer. She holds a degree in History and Political Science from the University of Akron and is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).

Kyle is an experienced supply chain leader with more than ten years of progressive experience planning new product launches, with a focus on forecast accuracy. Prior to his current role at Adidas, he worked as Demand Planning Manager at LaCrosse. Kyle holds a degree in Business Administration, Management & Operations from the National American University-Albuquerque. In addition to his work at Adidas, he serves on the Portland ASCM Board of Directors and holds a certification in Production and Inventory Management.

Misty is the Senior DT Manager, Planning and Fulfillment Systems for GE Appliances. She leads the digital team supporting planning and fulfillment systems across the organization. Prior to joining GE Appliances in 2022, Misty held several leadership roles in multiple industries ranging from food and packaging to CPG companies. She has a wide area of expertise including S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory, and Supply Planning. She has been a driver of process improvements and leading digital transformations. Misty holds a degree from the University of Illinois. In 2022, she received the Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award from IBF.

Renuld Robinson is a visionary Strategic Planning Executive with over a decade of experience in SIOP/S&OP, S&OE, IBP, PFEP, Project Management, Analytics, and end-to-end Supply Chain Management. Recently, he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding RENascence Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to transforming business operations. Previously, Renuld served as the Director of SIOP & S&OE at Carhartt and refined SIOP and S&OE processes at Fortune 500 companies, including Celanese, Collins Aerospace, and Corning. He is a proud alum of Florida Atlantic University and holds a B.A. in Business/Operations Management. He also holds both highly coveted APICS certifications of Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), as well as IBF’s own S&OP and IBP Certificate. Renuld’s commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive his success in the field.
